The first email to request a specific date will have priority.

What is the average budget of a couple getting married at Red Clover Farm?

  • The average wedding budget for couples at Red Clover Farms is between $25,000 and $35,000, covering all expenses like venue, food, flowers, DJ, and photographer. Some couples with smaller guest lists have successfully organized beautiful weddings for around $12,000 to $15,000, while others have spent much more.

Is there a food and beverage, or guest count minimum?

  • No. Many venues have spending minimums because they earn a 10-15% commission from caterers based on your food and drink costs. We do not charge a commission, so we allow you to choose food and beverage options that fit your budget, without requiring a minimum for guests or spending. Some caterers may have a reasonable minimum for certain dates.

Do we have to utilize your caterers and bar service?

  • Yes, except for cake. We selected our caterers for their excellent food, service, and reasonable prices, with many upgrade options. It's important to feel good about the vendors you choose for your wedding. Our caterer owners genuinely want your day to be successful.

Will there be another wedding the same day?

  • At Red Clover Farms, we host one wedding a day to make sure each couple's event is unique and gets our full attention.

  • Cash or check

My preferred dates are unavailable. Do you have a cancellation waiting list?

  • We do not keep a cancellation waiting list because cancellations are unpredictable. As soon as a date does become available we post it here.

What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?

  • You will have access to the venue at the time listed on your contract, not earlier. Please plan accordingly!

Do you include a "wedding day coordinator?"

  • That's a good question! Comparing venues can be tricky, and we believe the roles of a "day-of wedding coordinator" might vary in meaning. We want to avoid any misunderstandings. We do provide a team leader who will be with you on your wedding day. This person helps with tasks like decorating, transporting you around the farm for photos, answering vendor questions, and directing them as needed. Their aim is to make your day run smoothly and stress-free, but they are not classified as a day-of wedding coordinator.
